General Information :-
Auger filers are versatile filling machine for free flowing as well as non free flowing powder and thick paste. Machine can handle wide range of product ( 10 gm to 10 kg ) and pack sizes like pharmaceutical powder, pesticides , chemical , ground spices, dyes , flour , ready mix food powders, coffee and milk powders etc.
Operating Principle :-
The machine operate on the principle of positive displacement screw operating under constant head of powder. Precisely designed auger screw displaces powder through funnel into pouch/container head under the funnel
Control :-
Electronic controller with photoelectric sensor controls the filling cycle through electromagnetic clutch/brake unit
Automation :-
Automatic container feeding and indexing system, automatic powder feeding system for maintaining level of powder in the machine hopper are used to automate the process for less operator intervention. Bottom up filling arrangement also available for handing fluffy and dusting powders.
